At Self Drive Tours Uganda all our rental cars comprehensively insured from Britam Insurance, Therefore no extra costs in case of accidents and damages.
Self Drive Tours Uganda Acknowledges Mobile Money payments from East African Clients. Direct Bank transfers and card payments are accepted for clients from other regions. Contact Us if you have any other preferred payment method that you would wish to use.
At Self Drive Tours Uganda we have a flexible cancellation policy. Clients can cancel at any moment without any questions. However there is no refund on game trekking permits and any other cancellation for Luxury vehicles less than 21 days from the date of usage.
Self Drive Tours Uganda kindly request our clients to avoid smoking in our rented cars because of the following reasons, Smoking leaves a strong odor and residue that can be difficult to remove, impacting the comfort of the next renter. Many clients, including families and individuals with allergies or sensitivities, rely on our vehicles being fresh and smoke-free.
Additionally, Pets are not allowed in our rented vehicles. Pet hair, odors, and potential damage can make the car less enjoyable for the next renter, including those with allergies or sensitivities.
AT Self Drive Tours Uganda we only rent our Cars to Client who are at least 21 years of age for self drive car from. However there is no age requirements for car with a driver rentals.
